My husband and I are happy living in Encina Meadows. There are so many things to appreciate about living here. We love the convenient location to the Calle Real Shopping Center and Goleta Library; the well-maintained apartment units and landscape; its quiet neighborhood; the amenities such as the laundry, gym, spa, and swimming pool; and my one bedroom apartment is clean and spacious and has appliances that work! In addition, we appreciate the welcoming atmosphere at the management office. The friendly, personable office staff knows our names and is quick to handle concerns and then follows up with an email. I rated this apartment complex 4 stars only because the slatted window blinds don't offer much privacy for someone who lives on the first floor. I've had to hang some sheer drapes so I could open the bedroom blinds during the day. I've noticed that my neighbors completely covered their windows with heavier material. Overall, we are very pleased with Encinas Meadows in contrast to other apartment complexes!

Right now I have lived in Encina Meadows for near half a year, I have to say living experience here is exceptional. Overall, the apartment staff is so friendly and enthusiastic to help, the neighborhood is quiet and this is the perfect place to be. Before living here, I have lived in Sumida Gardens and frankly speaking, if Towbes Group replace Sumida Garden's staff with Encina Meadow's staff, they probably would be more welcome. When I first moved in Encina meadows, there was some ants problem. Only one day after I reported to the rental office, they sent a specialist to deal with our ant problem for free! That was really assuring. The most important thing is the staff here is always eager to hear your problems and solve them as best as they can. I highly recommend this place.

My husband and I moved into Encina Meadows six years ago when we decided to downsize and rent our home in Goleta. Nadra and her staff have made us feel at home from the start. Their kindness and professionalism and care for all our needs in the community is exceptional. They are prompt to handle any maintenance concerns. We love living here.

I had the privilege of living at Encina Meadows Apartments for 5 1/2 years, and for me, it was a home in every respect. I always felt safe, protected, and taken care of by the friendly, caring staff. Both the management and maintenance staff did an exceptional job of being attentive, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Maintenance order requests were fulfilled promptly and expertly. I've really enjoyed the convenience of being a short walking distance from grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants/eateries, movie theaters and various great small shops. The apartments are located in a really nice area to walk around in! The fitness center is great with a variety of fitness equipment and very clean and well-maintained. The parking lot is well-lighted and safe. It's truly been a lovely home for me, and as I now relocate out of the area, I will always remember how wonderful it was living here with the excellent staff and nice, friendly community. It has been such a safe, convenient, and enjoyable place to live! Thank you, Encina Meadows, for 5 1/2 great years! Much thanks, Carla Robbins

We lived here for four months and felt very much at home. The management team is professional, responsive, and friendly. The grounds are beautifully maintained as is the pool area and hot tub. Any problems are handled promptly and effectively by the maintenance staff. The housekeepers keep the area and the laundry room clean and attractive. All in all, living there is safe, easy, and comfortable.

I have an adult friend with mild special needs who has resided at Encina Meadows for 25 yrs. in a two bedroom apt. When she decided to move to a one bdrm the Encina Meadows manager, Nadra, and the asst. manager, Kellie, went beyond their call of duty to help my friend move. The one bdrm had two accent painted walls, they were so kind to show the apt to my friend before she moved in to see if she liked the walls or wanted them painted white. Closing out her old contract was so easy and Nadra & Kellie were extremely organized with the required paper work for the new apt. My friend is thrilled with her new apt. which has amazing landscaping right outside her front door. The apt. was so clean when she moved in. Nadra and Kellie made the move so easy and smooth!

My husband and I lived in Encina Meadows for one year and we loved every moment of being here. We are moving when our lease expires ONLY to be closer for my job. We moved to the area from Seattle and the whole staff was helpful, knowledgeable and went the extra step during our application process even though we were 2 states away. While we lived there, everything worked great. If there was a maintenance request, they were there the same day or the next day. We rarely ever hear noise from our neighbors. The pool, clubhouse and gym are clean, easy to access and convenient. The parking is well lit and clean. I've walked the parking lot at night with headphones in and never felt in danger. The apartments are just that, apartments. So there may be spots on the carpets or on the walls because well, it's been lived in, but it does not feel dirty or unkempt. I'd highly recommend Encina Meadows to anyone looking for a nice, clean place to call home. People smile and say hello when you pass them on walkways. We're very sad to leave the apartment, Nadra (the manager) and her whole team. It's been a fantastic experience!
